RustyBudget is free for all bloggers or editors to use. There is only a fee when you want to add a third author to collaborate with you.

In short, each author can invite up to one additional author to participate on his or her budget for free. If that author wants to invite a third author, that will cost $4 per month. Each additional author costs $4 per user, per month.
